Official confirmation of participation for Visa purposes
Whilst it is the responsibility of all Stainless Steel World 2023 Conference and Exhibition Maastricht The Netherlands, participants themselves to arrange for their visa applications and all documentation regarding travelling to and staying in The Netherlands for The Stainless Steel World 2023 Conference & Exhibition, Stainless Steel World can supply an official ‘letter of confirmation of participation’ for visa purposes to certain groups of participants:
- Delegates who have registered and paid for the conference. Please scroll down to submit your request of letter of confirmation of Participation to Assist with Visa Application.
- Exhibit staff who have registered and paid for the stand. Please scroll down to submit your request of letter of confirmation of Participation to Assist with Visa Application. Please do not forget to fill in your stand no.
- Exhibition Visitors who have registered and paid for a ticket to the exhibition. This form will be available for visitors from May 2023.
We will not send out confirmation letters without a valid visitor registration.
Please allow up to three weeks for Stainless Steel World to process your confirmation of participation letter and note that you are responsible for requesting an official invitation in due time. We advise you to contact relevant embassies and / or consulates for a time guide to ensure your application will be processed in good time by the embassy or consulate.
All visa letters will be sent via e-mail; we suggest you print it out on a good quality color printer.
Applications will not be handled after 5 September 2023.
Please Note: Stainless Steel World will not intermediate between participants and embassies and/or consulates.
Letters of Confirmation Of Participation to Assist with Visa Application are only available when submitted via our online form.
